Covered Bridge Sports / Dover Marine hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 7 days of receiving it.
Any unused and unaltered item purchased from us, may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 7 days of you receiving your order with original receipt or packing slip.All returns MUST:
- Be in their original condition, not worn, soiled or wrinkled
- Include all original tags and product packaging
- Include a copy of the original order email or packing slip
- If you are exchanging an item please include details for the new item
- If you are returning an item please describe why it is being returned
- All Returns must have a Return Authorization. Please Call 603-742-5453 for an RA#.

If you are going to be in the area, we would be happy to handle your return or exchange in person. Please be sure you bring your receipt.
COD returns will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the credit card the purchase was made on. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise. If we believe the item has been used, altered or is not suitable to return to the sales floor we reserve the right to refuse the return.
All Returns must have a Return Authorization. Please Call 603-742-5453 for an RA#. This RA# MUST appear on the shipping label. Any Package sent without an RA will be refused
Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email or phone. We ship Monday through Friday. Our last pick-up is Friday at 5pm. All orders received after that time will be processed Monday and shipped as soon as possible.
Actual shipping charges will apply to all orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship internationally. Orders are processed and shipped in one to three business days. Orders received over the weekend will be processed Monday and shipped as soon as possible after that. Of course some orders do take longer. If you need your order by a certain day, please call us at (603) 742 - 5453 prior to ordering. If there is any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email or phone.
